OUR APPROACH

There are three ways to work together. A self identified desire to be coached on a particular work topic, a manager sponsored desire for a team member to be coached on an area for development and finally team coaching, working towards an agreed common goal. Find out more HERE
All training programmes are underpinned by two foundations, human skills and business skills. We unpack your business needs and curate a tailor made programme from a range of modules, balanced between ‘how you show up’ (mindset) and ‘what you’re doing’ (hard skills). With 10+ years leading commercial teams and scaling business operations, I work with businesses in a range of capacities to build robust commercial strategies, develop brand storytelling, structure revenue operations and build motivated high performing sales teams. Find out more HERE.

OUR PROCESS

We’ll firstly make sure we’re a great fit for one another. We’ll then unpack your ideas of development areas and get a full picture of the present business reality. We’ll align on your vision for the future and make sure we’re on the same page of what good looks like.
We’ll curate a partnership blending coaching and training across an agreed time frame. All our sessions will be focused on driving business impact by developing human skills and business skills in equal measure. Our learning programme will be interactive, reflective and results driven, ensuring your KPIs are worked into the learning journey.
During the development programmes, we’ll work with you to track progress towards individual and team markers of growth. We will work together to also assess business markers such as retention, satisfaction and purer business growth.
