All programmes start with a 360 diagnostic (Enneagram) to tailor content to individual needs. All programmes are comprised of: Coaching, training, and reflective practice. Training days consist of short bursts of information, practice, conversation, participation and reflection, followed by takeaway handouts.

TRAINING WORKSHOPS
Our workshops are ideal for reconnecting to your knowledge, deep diving on problem areas and kick starting new chapters. After a consultation call, we’ll curate a day tailored specifically to your business challenges. Human skills need fine tuning? Stuck on prospecting? Want to develop coaching skills? Need to refresh objection handling? We have you covered. We have three pre-set workshops and love working with clients to design their own day from a range of modules.
As with development, training days consist of short bursts of information, practice, conversation, participation and reflection. Half day workshops host up to three modules and full day workshops cover five modules.
